Study Art and Stitch in Montana…..Guest Blogger: Ruth Lane

May 29, 2015

Kalispell, Montana – What a wonderful place to study and play. Kalispell is a town of just over 20,000 people in northwest Montana. The name Kalispell is the Salish word for the “flat land above the lake”. The lake is Flathead Lake and it is the largest natural freshwater lake west of the Mississippi in the contiguous United States. Kalispell is located 31 miles from Glacier National Park and the valley in which it is located is home to two ski resorts and numerous golf courses. We would love for you to join Gail and me (Ruth) to take the Level 1 Experimental Hand Stitch Course for 5 days – June 24 to 28th. You could bring your family along and combine the trip with vacationing in one of the most beautiful spots in Montana.  Road trip, anyone? You can sign up for the class here      Montana Photos except one by Ruth Lane…. Studio Photos: Gail Harker
